This food blog is part of a food theory project called celebrating unique foods around the world. 

when you understand what exists in your own country, what you understand about yourself is when you can compare to other places/people. It sort of functions as a starting point as to what to really look at in other countries. It is so often that people tend to know more about other countries than they do about their own country and if they really investigate their own country and understand it when they go to other countries they can look at those things such as food, artistry, culture, museums…
